They charge $1 to use a credit card. They do not warn you about this and when I asked why the person who works the register and phone why they don't let me people know this she rudely proclaimed that its not her job. That is part of customer service so yes it is your job.

I have eaten here for over 10 years. The food is always tasty, however...last evening I went in for dinner and I see the delivery driver sitting in the booth across from me sucking his thumb. He was doing this for quite awhile. He then went back to the kitchen area. About 15 minutes later he returned and sat down again still sucking his thumb. He is a heavy, non Asian, dark skinned guy with a beard and is always looking at his cell phone when he is waiting for the food to deliver. No one acted like anything was wrong or even seemed to notice him. So if you get a delivery beware. The bag may be moist from him sucking his thumb. You cant make this stuff up...very weird!

Definitely out of our way, but we'll make the trip from now on. Everything we have ordered is delicious. We have tried several close by to us, but have been disappointed - way too much sugar in most dishes. Seriously, we have lived in the area for 11 years and just kind of gave up trying to find a great Chinese food restaurant. We discovered how fantastic Great Wall is after our daughter got a new job in town and her co-workers ordered lunch here. She raved, we ordered, and now we have a new favorite. Their shrimp lo mein and General Tao's chicken are both so flavorful and delicious, with just a slight sweetness. Try their crab rangoon! Spring rolls are much larger than other places and so good!

Best Chinese food in the West Reading area by a mile. General Tso's has more of a crispy vibe, which makes for a nice change of pace. And whatever you do, get their Crab Rangoon. Best I've ever had. Always big, creamy pockets of crab/cheese, unlike some places that provide more dough over crab.

They tofu with garlic or Genera Tso is really good. It's not on the menu but written on a piece of paper taped to the wall. Sometimes it's a little too sweet but usually it's very good. My only real complaint is that it could use some vegetables in it. You get a huge bowl of tofu with sauce which will feed several people but I'd prefer 1/2 the tofu and maybe some broccoli. Mu Shu Vegetable is excellent as well. They have a vegetarian eggroll which is tasty and not too greasy. Very large portions and very reasonably priced.

Order delivery service to airport hotel. Order was accurate, reasonable $, on time and best if all tasty. Better than average msg combo meals. Hit the stop!

Food is excellent - staff can use a little customer service training. I enjoy Chinese take out and I pass at least 4 other places on my 6 mile drive down 422 because the food is that much better than the rest.... and I simply bite my tongue when the old woman behind the counter starts up.

They do take credit cards. Food is fresh and tasty. I'm 52 years old and ate a hell of a lot of Chinese, this place has the absolute best hot and sour soup ever!

Surprisingly good, fresh food considering the format. (Not sure what you call this sort of walk up and order "working man's" Chinese place that every neighborhood seems to have.) Crab Rangoon here is particularly tasty.
